It was an extraordinarily stress-free undertaking for us, as Lisa is extremely thorough and professional and knows houses inside and out, which I don't think is necessarily the case with many other agents. Seattle is a very hot market right now, but even so, the result we got--closing at close to 25% above asking price--is clear testimony that Lisa knows what she is doing. We wouldn't want to work with anyone else if and when we are in the Seattle market again.
